DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE: Volunteer Enrichment Conference (Adults) 7/11/26 \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nJoin peers and staff council wide as we come together to build girls of courage\, confidence\, and character. Gain skills and new tools through staff and volunteer-led training sessions as you connect with other volunteers across our council area. Attendees will participate in up to five training sessions of their choosing\, celebrate peers during the annual volunteer appreciation awards ceremony\, browse our on-site mobile shop\, and enjoy ample opportunities to learn from other volunteers. Lunch and snack service and the event patch are included in registration. To preview a full list of sessions offered\, click here. \n\n\n\nEvent Agenda: \n\n\n\n10:00 – 10:40 AM: Opening Remarks  \n\n\n\n10:50 – 11:35 AM: Training Session Block 1  \n\n\n\n11:45 AM – 12:30 PM: Training Session Block 2  \n\n\n\n12:30 – 1:40 PM: Lunch/Volunteer Appreciation Awards Ceremony   \n\n\n\n1:50 – 2:35 PM: Training Session Block 3  \n\n\n\n2:35 – 3:00 PM Free Time/Networking  \n\n\n\n3:00 – 3:45 PM: Training Session Block 4  \n\n\n\n3:55 – 4:40 PM: Training Session Block 5 \n\n\n\nLunch Service: Lunch will be catered by Jason’s Deli. You will be asked for your lunch selection during the registration process. Please see the Jason’s Deli website for nutrition information. Note: Jason’s Deli does not offer a vegan dessert choice. All boxes come with desserts individually wrapped to avoid cross-contamination.  \n\n\n\nLocation: McLennan Community College Community Services Center\, Waco \n\n\n\nSpecial Instructions: Girl Scouts of Central Texas adult members are invited to join us at Volunteer Enrichment Conference (VEC). Youth member attendance is restricted to those asked to support the event delivery.  \n\n\n\nAll VEC registrants will sign up for their preferred training sessions for each of the five training blocks and will make their lunch service selections during event registration.   \n\n\n\nBadge/Patch: The Volunteer Enrichment Conference patch will be given out to all VEC registrants at the event. \n\n\n\nContact for registration questions: customercare@gsctx.org \n\n\n\nSeveral days prior to the event\, you will receive a final confirmation email from our team with any additional information you need.
