SUMMARY:World Thinking Day
DESCRIPTION:What do you need to do to prepare for this event? \n\n\n\nClick here for more information about World Thinking Day. \n\n\n\nGenerally\, each troop prepares a table display with a display board highlighting facts about the country selected. You can be as creative as you like but this board usually gives facts about Girl Scouts in the region\, foods\, historic landmarks\, etc. Each scout will receive a passport upon check-in so when she visits each country\, they will receive a stamp from that country. So each troop should have a stamp that represents something from that country. Each troop is also asked to present something that they learned from doing research on the country. This can be a well-known game played in that country\, a dance\, a song\, or cool facts that they want to share with all present. \n\n\n\nRegister: Click here to see the spreadsheet of selected countries and to select a country for your Troop. \n\n\n\nFlags for borrowing\n\n\n\nThe Service Unit has a variety of country flags that can be borrowed for use during World Thinking Day.
