Join us for our CFSU Leaders’ Retreat as we kick off another amazing Girl Scout year together. \n\n\n\n📅 Date: August 1\, 2026🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM📍 Location: Parkside at Mayfield Ranch Amenity Center 325 Parkside Parkway\, Georgetown\, TX 78628 \n\n\n\nThis retreat is open to all troop volunteers\, including: \n\n\n\n\nLeaders\n\n\n\nAssistant Leaders\n\n\n\nTroop Fall Product Coordinators\n\n\n\nTreasurers\n\n\n\nCookie Managers\n\n\n\nAnd any other troop volunteers!\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWhat is our Leadership Retreat? \n\n\n\nOur Leadership Retreat is a fun opportunity to connect with your Crystal Falls Service Team and fellow troop volunteers while getting ready for an amazing Girl Scout year! You’ll hear about exciting plans for the upcoming year\, learn about helpful resources\, share ideas with other leaders\, and leave with new tips and inspiration for your troop. \n\n\n\nPlease take a moment to RSVP—whether you can attend or not—so we can plan accordingly. DESCRIPTION: Fri Sep 25\, 6:00 PM CDT – Sun Sep 27\, 12:00 PM CDT \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nREGISTER HERE: Trailblazers 2026 SAVE THE DATE 9/26/26 \n\n\n\nSave The Date for another great year at Trailblazers 2026. More information to come. \n\n\n\nLocation: Camp Texlake\, Spicewood\, TX \n\n\n\nSupervision level: This is an Adult Only event. Please plan on checking in with required paperwork submitted at check-in.   \n\n\n\nSpecial instructions: $60 for Saturday Only\, $90 for Full Weekend. There will be add-ons for Horseback Riding\, CPR/First Aid\, and possibly Let’s Go 3. Swim assessments are required every year for youth and adults participating in any type of Girl Scout aquatic activities including\, but not limited to\, pool activities\, canoeing\, stand-up paddleboarding\, etc. See Safety Activity Checkpoints for details. Swim assessment paperwork should be retained by the troop leader and caregiver. Safety-wise adults should ensure that swimmers remain in aquatic situations appropriate to their swimming ability. Participants at a swimming/aquatic event without a completed swim assessment should be assumed to be a non-swimmer and must always wear a Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device (PFD/lifejacket).  \n\n\n\nBadge/patch: Fun patch will be distributed at the event. \n\n\n\nRequired paperwork: Please complete the following sections of the Council Event Health and Permission Forms\, print\, and bring with you to the event: Section(s) [From Formstack]  \n\n\n\n(if event specific forms add) Additional paperwork can be found in the My Events section of your MyGS account by clicking on the event and scrolling to the Additional Documentation section.  \n\n\n\nContact for registration questions: customercare@gsctx.org \n\n\n\nSeveral days prior to the event\, you will receive a final confirmation email from our Girl Scout experience team with any additional information you need.
